Este ditado popular de que um bebê nasce com o rosto semelhante à comida que a mulher grávida deseja, é algo típico da cultura brasileira e não me parece amplamente difundido nos EUA ou UK.

I want jackfruit, or else the baby is going to be born with jackfruit face.

It´s an old tradition in Brazil, that when pregnant women have their cravings for food, they ask to their hubbies to buy and bring them home. So, according to the folklore, if they don´t bring them, the baby will be born with that face of the fruit or the food that she craved for!
