Possivelmente baseado no ditado abaixo:

-Quem tem telhado de vidro não joga pedra no telhado dos outros.
Meaning: - You should not criticize other people for bad qualities in their character that you have yourself.

Passar de pedra a (para) vidraça; passar de crítico a criticado; de atirador a alvo...

The tables have turned, it´s interesting to see how the Apple that was the stone, now is the glass house.

People that live in glass houses should not throw stones, (1) Apple should be embarrassed with its forgetting that in the past it was Apple that criticized the top dog company. Now it´s the other way around.


(1) "People that live in glass houses should not throw stones" than the why is that so. Generally in written communication, where one make his/her point.



And other ways. One can use the "the tide has turned'' (instead of the tables have turned), ''practice what your preach'...'', or "do as I say, not as I do..."
