As if it's... - Tradução em português

Daniel Reis 2 16
A frase é: She runs so effortlessly, as if it's the easiest thing in the world

Por que foi usado is ao invés de was ou mesmo were ?

O certo não seria as if it were the easiest thing in the world ?

Valeus

As três formas podem ocorrer, tanto "as if it was", quanto "as if it were" ou mesmo "as if it is". Tecnicamente falando, em termos de gramática, a opção com ''were'' é a mais indicada. Porém, você vai encontrar muito as outras duas.
Although purists, like me, prefer 'as if it WERE yesterday', many people use 'WAS' instead of 'WERE'.

A opção "as if" + ''present tense'' (as if it is) expressa menos incerteza, em alguns casos, do que "as if" + past tense" (as if it was, as if it were).

She runs so effortlessly, as if it's the easiest thing in the world.
Ela corre tão facilmente, como se fosse a coisa mais fácil do mundo.

She runs so effortlessly, as if it was the easiest thing in the world.
Ela corre tão facilmente, como se fosse a coisa mais fácil do mundo.

She runs so effortlessly, as if it were the easiest thing in the world.
