Ao ler o trecho de uma matéria do Site da BBC Brasil, não consegui traduzir a frase: double whammy.
"I think what's happened in South-East Asia is we've got a double whammy. We've got the massive educational pressures and we've got the construction of a child's day in a way that really minimises the amount of time they spend outside in bright light."

"Double whammy" equivale a problemas, geralmente duas coisas ruins que acontecem em determinado momento - juntas ou uma após a outra.
I think what's happened in South-East Asia is nós temos um problema duplo. We've got the massive educational pressures and we've got the construction of a child's day in a way that really minimises the amount of time they spend outside in bright light.
