Get me through - Tradução em português

Boa noite, desde que comecei a aprender inglês sempre tive dificuldade em traduzir uma musica que eu gosto devido a duas frases da mesma. Perguntei a algumas pessoas que conheço e ninguém soube me dar uma resposta convincente, pois ainda a frase ficaria sem sentido. São elas no contexto:

Não consigo entender o sentido de get me through e through no final da frase. Alguém pode ajudar?
