I for one - Tradução em português

I need some help about this sentence, I guess that the context is set in stone, but I prefer to be sure and to know why this structure. Besides, I'd like to know when it can be used, because I've never seen, unless in this text in my grammar book!

" I, for one, don't think it will hurt anyone at all "

I imagine something like: ( Quanto a mim, eu nao acho que isso machucará nalguém em nada )
