Say and way - Tradução em português

Olá pessoal, quem poderia ajudar:

No trecho:
It says poems can bring people together temporarily, which I think is true.

And it sticks in my head not just because it rhymes, but for how it rhymes, simply on the two and four, "say" and "way," with anticipatory hints on the one and three, "answer" and "quarters", as if the poem itself were coming together.

Traduzi assim:
Dizem que poemas podem unir as pessoas temporariamente, o que eu acho que é verdade.

E ele fica na minha cabeça não só porque rima, mas o quanto ele rima, limpo e meramente no dois e no quatro, "a fala" e "a distância", com dicas de antecipação, no um e no três, "resposta" e "um quarto", como se o próprio poema fosse se compor.

Gostaria de ajuda na parte do (two and four, "say" and "way," ... e "answer" and "quarters", porque achei que ficou esquisito.

O que acham? Como poderia ser melhor, ou mais assertativo?
