mas nesse contexto ficou um pouco estranho.
Essa frase é referente à uma atividade do BBC learning English onde o tema era previsão do tempo.

"One particular one here, but of course this is just a snapshot at four o'clock in the afternoon"

A snapshot = a description of something at a particular time
