Serve bem.

Lots of ways to see that:
You are you, and they are they, you chose yours, and they their way!
Each one at their own pace.
Each person go at his or her own pace.
Each person is unique in his ways, with different backgrounds, natural talents, intellect, world views, personalities, etc.

I've noticed that you tend to say "his" a lot when you should be saying "their". "Each person is unique in his ways" when you say a sentence like that not only are you implying that there is only the male gender but it also sounds strange because you should only use "his" when talking about a specific person. Just letting you know so you can avoid making that mistake more times.
Each person is unique in THEIR own way.
Everyone is entitled to THEIR own opinion.

That´s right, it can be "their" too. Thanks for your insight, buddy.
I think it may be like this: Each to their own!
