Como dizer "Vou de Táxi" em inglês

Cheguei de taxi, vamos de taxi, etc.

Tenho algumas dúvidas com come, arrive além de quando usar corretamente "by", "on" e "at".

Por exemplo: vim de táxi: I arrived by taxi, or in taxi or on taxi? Ou We come by taxi?
Vamos de metrô: we are going by subway?
