Transcrever a frase "It's still raining" para negative e interrogative form:
Eu fiz assim:
Negative: It isn't still raining
Interrogative: Is it still raining?
Outra frase: "Alice hates heavy metal"
Passando pra negative form: Alice doesn't hate heavy metal.
Tá certo?
Em suma, um frase interrogativa é caracterizada por Do/Does+sujeito+verbo, né? E a negative form no PRESENT CONTINUOUS é sujeito+verbo to be+not+verbo+ing, né?

Beleza, no caso eu preciso da justificativa pra frase Alice doesn't hate heavy metal.
A frase no caso está no simple Simple Present né? A justificativa seria que o simple present na 3º pessoa na forma negativa funciona da seguinte maneira, sujeito+does+not+verbo. Está certo essa justificativa?

Pergunta interessante. Acho que o negativo mais adequado é realmente "It's not raining anymore."
Existe uma diferença entre "It still isn't raining" e "It's not raining still."
Ainda não está chovendo. -- Ainda não chove.
Não está chovendo mais. -- Não chove mais.
