Olá Melissa!

Quanto à primeira frase, não conheço outra maneira de a traduzir a não ser da forma básica: "He doesn't stop asking me questions." ou "He is so inquisitive. Não conheço a palavra "Heckler"

Mais exemplos:

- A very good man and an inquisitive one.

- "He was not mentally prepared; he was merely inquisitive."

He is so insistent
He is so persistent
He is so pushy

Mais exemplos:

- "Richard didn't even want to talk to her, but she was so pushy."

- "He was so persistent, my dad finally accepted."

- "You were so insistent to the point of fighting about driving."

Greetings Ms. Mendes,

You might want to read What does "heckler" mean?

Insistent is someone who insists or demands something, not allowing refusal. It is an adjective also used to describe people who demands attention.

Heckler is a word used to describe a type of insistent person.

A heckler is someone who heckles someone - such as a performer or speaker - usually by shouting criticisms or insults. In Brazil, we do not have a proper word which can define hecklers precisely, however, we can make use of the words invasores; intrusos, baderneiros or even impertinentes, depending on the context.

Let's check some examples:

1) Rallies held by the opposition are disrupted by hecklers and journalists are intimidated.
>> As manifestações realizadas pela oposição são tumultuadas por intrusos / baderneiros / desordeiros e os jornalistas são intimidados.

2) Don't be so insistent otherwise the speaker's bodyguards will see you as a heckler and you will be ejected from the conference.
>> Não seja tão insistente, caso contrário, os seguranças do(-a) orador(a) vão considerá-lo um(a) baderneiro(-a) / intruso(-a) e você será expulso(-a) da conferência.

3) There were the fans, hecklers representing that team.
>> Ali estavam os fãs, (os) intrusos / desordeiros / inoportunos representando aquele time.

It can also be translated as "importuno/inconveniente/pessoa impertinente" (e confrontadora em eventos públicos.)
Um "incômodo/amolador/importunador/agitador/perturbador."

It can be that the heckler thinks different, but it can also be that he is vocal about some logical flaws in the argument of a lecturer for instance. Or that he wants to spoil the fun in a stand-up comedy, trying to 'steal the thunder' or getting public attention to himself/herself.
Their modus operandi is likely to be a round of insulting comments, a round of uproarious laughter, a caustic quip, jibe, wisecracks, yelling words of order, etc.
