Li em certo livro o seguinte: " Notepadding - Write one or more possible car problem".
Sobre a expressão "notepadding" , alguém poderia me ajudar a entender?

This appears to be a very new expression. It is not in my Merriam-Webster, and Google was unable to give me a definition, example, etc. I would understand it to mean "to note" (as in "to write in a notebook"), but it may have another meaning. It may even be "jargon", a slang expression used mainly by members of a given profession.
BTW, when I went to Google, I found lots of entries that gave "Note: Padding..." Clearly that is NOT the same as "notepadding".
