Well, I've been listening to some podcasts from Dr Jeff McQuillan's website and I haven't understand yet what he means with "which happens to be..." Take a look at the context:
"... means meet me on the corner of Hollywood Blvd. and Vine St. which hapens to be in the Hollywood section of Los Angeles...
